Reason Why
I think about how it might have been
We'd spend our days travelin'
It's not that I don't understand you
It's not that I don't want to be with you
But you only wanted me
The way you wanted me
So, I will head out alone and hope for the best
And we can hang out heads down
As we skip the goodbyes
And you can tell the world what you want them to hear
I've got nothing left to lose, my dear
So, I'm up for the little white lies
But you and I know the reason why
I'm gone, and you're still there
I'm gone, and you're still there
I'm gone, and you're still there
( Rachael Yamagata - Reason Why )
I long to see u again...

I recently bought a book at borders that one of my lecturers recommended... it's called The Empty Raincoat... it's a book on alternate business methods... wahhh... ASTOUNDING ain't it? Jon READS?! anyway... haven't gotten far with the book yet but it's beginning to look very much like an interesting read... now if only i could put down my music and pick the book up...

My anti-social nature has followed me to school.. a face so bad its juz itching for a fight... go to class... find my "island" and stay there... "island" refers to a set of tables which are formed together away from the other group of tables.. this signifies ur pack... anyway... so far i only mingle with this group as i've not ventured onto the other "islands"... But got one other guy in class who's slightly worse... everyday when he come into class his face is super "black"... it's like as though each time on the way to class he either fought with the bus driver, the canteen auntie or maybe even with himself... so i can roughly say it's not as bad as mine... i come out of my shell every once in a while to check the environment for friendlies (in lingo means i talk talk a bit with other individuals)... but after that... it's back into the shell i go...

It supposedly it takes fewer muscles to smile than to frown... somebody seriously needs to re-check this...

Jo's uncle recently passed away from cancer... it was another sad moment for me coz i do remember having had supper with him and his wife one of the nights when i was with Stan and Jo... a nice funny man he was... another life into the hands of God... rest assured in the fact... he's in a better place now...

And once more...
Happy Birthday Gerald ;>

ah yes, "the empty raincoat" is on every management student's recommended reading list, as is everything else by Guru Charles Handy. The Tipping Point is another good book I recommend.
